Pricing depends on the service, location, duration, and deliverables. Photography starts around $150, event coverage from $300, music videos from $500. After your request we'll send a custom quote based on your exact project.
Yes — a deposit is required to officially lock in your shoot date. We'll send you a secure payment link once we've aligned on the details. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
We accept Venmo (@goldenvision) for deposits and informal payments. For invoices, we process securely through Stripe — which supports all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Life happens. Rescheduling is fine as long as we have enough notice (48 hours minimum). Cancellations may be subject to a partial deposit hold depending on how close to the shoot date. Reach out directly and we'll work something out.
That's fine — you don't need to have it all figured out. Come with a vibe, a feeling, a reference, or just a goal. We'll help you develop the concept during the pre-production conversation.
Turnaround depends on the project. Photography edits are typically 5–7 business days. Video projects (music videos, event recaps) range from 1–3 weeks. Rush delivery is available — just ask.
Based in Louisiana but available for travel anywhere. Travel bookings may include a travel fee depending on location — we'll be upfront about that in the quote.
All deliverables are uploaded directly to your private client portal. You'll get a magic-link login — no password needed — and can download everything from there anytime.
Revisions are part of the process. You can request changes directly through your client portal. We'll review your notes and update the deliverables, typically within 2–4 business days.
